Refund Policy

At Logistify, we want you to be confident in your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one. We believe in fair, transparent billing — no hidden fees, no confusing tiers.

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature of the Service. No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial begins on the date your account is created and ends automatically after 7 days.

If you choose not to continue after the trial, simply stop using the Service — your account will not be charged. No cancellation action is required.

2. Subscription Billing

After the free trial period, the Service is billed at $7.00 USD per month, charged on the same calendar day each month (the "billing date"). Subscriptions are prepaid — you pay for the upcoming 30-day period at the start of each billing cycle.

Subscription fees are charged in US Dollars. If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees — we are not responsible for those charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

We review refund requests individually. The following guidelines apply:

First charge within 30 days — If you were charged for the first time and are not satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial charge, no questions asked.
Service outage exceeding 72 hours — If the Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period due to causes within our control, a pro-rated refund for that period will be issued upon request.
Duplicate charge — If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
Mid-cycle cancellations — Cancelling your subscription mid-cycle does not entitle you to a partial refund for the remaining days in the current billing period. You retain full access through the end of the paid period.
Renewals older than 30 days — We are generally unable to issue refunds for subscription renewals that occurred more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
Policy violations — Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to chakopss@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at chakopss@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:

No auto-renewal surprises: We will send a reminder email at least 3 days before any renewal charge. If you wish to cancel, you have time to do so before you are billed.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
