Refund Policy
At Logistify, we want you to be confident in your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one. We believe in fair, transparent billing — no hidden fees, no confusing tiers.
1. Free Trial
All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature of the Service. No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial begins on the date your account is created and ends automatically after 7 days.
If you choose not to continue after the trial, simply stop using the Service — your account will not be charged. No cancellation action is required.
2. Subscription Billing
After the free trial period, the Service is billed at $7.00 USD per month, charged on the same calendar day each month (the "billing date"). Subscriptions are prepaid — you pay for the upcoming 30-day period at the start of each billing cycle.
Subscription fees are charged in US Dollars. If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees — we are not responsible for those charges.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to chakopss@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
- The email address associated with your Logistify account.
- The date of the charge you are disputing.
- A brief description of the reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at chakopss@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
- You retain full access to the Service until the end of the current paid billing period.
- Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
